How do I load new stories?

First things first
- Koop ‘n LINGI™! Jy moet die LINGI™ se ingeboude USB-kabel aan ‘n rekenaar koppel om stories op hom te laai.
Please proceed:
STEP 1: Download the LINGI™ Programme by clicking the link (PLEASE NOTE: The LINGI™ Programme only supports Windows not iOS).
Click on the green block "Lingi Story programme" here to download the programme. Your browser will ask if you want to "Run'' or ''Save''. Click on ''Run''.
STEP 2: Sign in
Sodra die program afgelaai is, sal jy met die volgende skerm gegroet word.
Geen intekenbesonderhede word vanaf Desember 2023 meer verlang nie. Jy kan nou net voortgaan om die klank te selekteer en op Lingi te laai.
STEP 3: If you have not done this, kindly connect the Lingi to your computer.
Zip open the part where the USB-cable is stored. Connect the USB cable to your computer.
STEP 4: Select a drive
Select the drive (for example E:\ or F:\). If the list is empty, click the green arrows to refresh the list. This refers to Step 1 on the programme screen.
STEP 5: Select a story bundle
Kies ‘n storiebondel wat vanuit die keuselys. Indien die lys leeg is, kliek op die groen pyltjies om dit te verfris. Dit is “Stap 2” op die programmetjie.
STEP 6: Transfer
Click the ''Transfer'' button. The process to load stories to your LINGI™ is initiated. Each sound in the bundle is transferred. Please be patient while the bundle is transferred. Once the transfer is completed, you will see a green comment that the transfer was successful.
It is now safe to remove the USB cable.

STEP 7: Play the new stories.
- Remove the USB cable and store in the pouch.
- Load 3 batteries in the battery compartment.
- Press the left ear for 5 - 6 seconds to power on.
- Press both feet until you are at the story level (Lingi will say ''we are super hero's and we love stories).
- The new bundle is ready to listen on the story level.
- Enjoy listening!
Do you want to load more stories?
- Please start at Step 1 again to load more stories.
- A ''bundle'' consists of 7 stories.
- Indien jou kind hierdie stories klaar geluister het kan jy ander stories laai byvoorbeeld die Bybelstories of plaastories.
- Die nuwe bondel haal die ou bondel stories op die Lingi af.
- Al die stories bly op die programmetjie.
- Jy kan enige tyd die ander storiebondels weer oplaai.
- You can upload and download story bundles as many times as you wish.
