What are my payment options?
You can make payment by the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order once the payment is cleared.
- Cash Deposit – Kindly note there is a 3% surcharge for this payment method.
Credit and cheque cards
Credit cards are well known and a de facto online payment method the world round. We process local and international credit cards and cheque cards, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect sellers against costly chargebacks.
Instant EFT
Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s four biggest banks. The electronic fund transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosing of financial information.
PayFast
For safer, quicker and easier payments save your card details on PayFast when shopping on www.lingi.co.za.
When will the payment be deducted from your account?
Immediately. That means we can start processing your order straight away.
EFT Payment Method
EFT payments can also be made on www.lingi.co.za. Select BANK WIRE payment button when checking out your shopping cart. You will need to email proof of payment within 48 hours of purchase. Email proof to hello@lingi.co.za.
EFT payments can take up to 48hrs or 2-3 working days to reflect into our account. Ethnic Works will only send out the parcel once payment has been cleared and paid in full. You will be notified as soon as your order has been approved and that it’s being processed and ready for delivery.
Some banks now offer instant EFT’s that clear straight away, but this has an extra charge which would be liable by you as the purchaser. Chargers differ depending on different banks.
